Wellness Mobile Application Account Deletion Policy

- Account Deletion
You can delete your FOMEMA Pharmaceuticals Wellness Mobile Application (“the App”) account at any time by following these steps:
In-App Deletion: Go to the “Settings” or “Profile” section of the App and look for an option to “Delete Account” or “Deactivate Account.” Follow the prompts to confirm your deletion request.
Contacting Us: If you are unable to delete your account through the App, please contact our customer support team at [email protected] with your request. Please include your account details and the reason for deletion.
2. Data Deletion
Upon your request to delete your account, we will initiate the process of deleting your personal information from our active systems. Please note that some information may be retained in backup copies for a limited period as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes, enforcing our agreements). We will also anonymize or aggregate your data for research and analytics purposes.
3. Health Data
If you have shared your health information with healthcare professionals through the App, please be aware that deleting your account will not automatically delete this information from their records. You may need to contact them directly to request the deletion of your health data.
4. Reactivation
Once your account is deleted, it cannot be reactivated. If you wish to use the App again, you will need to create a new account.
5. Third-Party Services
If you have connected your App account to any third-party services (e.g., fitness trackers), you may need to disconnect these services before deleting your account. We are not responsible for the data retained by third-party services after you delete your account.
6. Legal Requirements
We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes even after you delete your account.
7. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Account Deletion Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the updated policy on the App or through other means.
